Heather Campbell-Enns is a social scientist who uses collaborative qualitative methodologies to study family care experiences. Her work examines how care unfolds in everyday life, including experiences related to family bonds, housing and health decisions, and rural/urban contexts. For the past decade, she has focused on older adults and their families, with a specialization in intergenerational care in families living with dementia. Heather is a Canada Research Chair in Families and Aging, an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Canadian Mennonite University (CMU), a Research Affiliate at the University of Manitoba’s Centre on Aging, and an Adjunct Professor in the College of Community and Global Health at the University of Manitoba. She holds a Bachelor of Education, a Master of Science in Family Social Sciences, and an Interdisciplinary PhD.
